Activity monitor
See who is in the suite right now and where they are, with a live view that never captures their screen.
A live picture of who is using the suite right now. Each card shows the user (or Anonymous), the page they are on, whether they are still active, and when they were last seen, refreshing on its own while you watch.
Open any card to see where that person has been: their recent page changes and clicks, each with a time. Use it to help someone who is stuck or to confirm an action happened. The monitor only tracks which pages people visit, never their screen, and reaching it takes both an admin role and a separate monitor password.
See it live
Every control below works, the real interface, on sample data, right in your browser.
What you get
Live session cards
Each card shows the user's email or Anonymous, the page they are on, and a dot for whether they are still active.
Refreshes on its own
The view updates by itself, and faster when you have a card open, so the picture stays current.
See where each person has been
Open a card to see a person's recent page changes and clicks, each with a time, so you can help quickly.
No screen capture
The monitor only tracks which pages people visit. It never captures or streams a user's screen.
Locked behind two doors
To reach the monitor you need both an admin role and a separate monitor password.
Stays out of its own way
Your own session is left out of the view, so you only see the people you are actually watching over.
How it works
Sign in
Sign in as an admin and enter the monitor password to open the dashboard.
Watch who is active
See every active user, the page they are on, and when they were last seen, on cards that refresh on their own.
Look closer when needed
Open a card to review where that person has been, each step with a time.
Leave it open
Keep the dashboard open and it refreshes on its own. Your own session stays out of the view.
