No, we do it all. We tailor the system to your union, migrate your existing data, and carry over your spreadsheets and employer roster for you. Nothing goes live until you've reviewed and approved it. Migration is always free.
Your first term is three months so we have time to set you up properly; after that it's month-to-month, cancel any time. Annual billing saves 20%, and you can upgrade from monthly to annual for free whenever you like.
Never per seat. Every plan includes unlimited seats and admins at no extra cost, so your whole team is covered. Higher tiers add more capabilities, but we never charge per person or per login, and we don't nickel-and-dime you the way legacy vendors do.
We build it. Custom tools and automations are part of the relationship, none are charged during setup. Larger ongoing builds may carry a fair cost, agreed up front, never a surprise.
