Mass email

Send personalized, branded emails to thousands of members in minutes, with unsubscribes respected automatically.

Write and send emails to whole groups of members, right from the suite. Build your recipient list by dragging in spreadsheets or adding people by hand. The suite removes duplicates and lets you search the list as it grows.

Write a polished newsletter with the building-block editor, or let the built-in AI writer turn your notes into a clean, bilingual email in your union's style, with downloadable PDF versions. Drop in placeholders like a member's first name so each email feels personal, and pick your sender from a list your admins set up. Mark a send Optional to skip members who opted out, or Required for notices everyone must get. Afterward you get a clear report of who got it and who was skipped, and you can file the send onto the comms calendar with a copy attached.

What you get

Build the list from spreadsheets or by hand

Drag in several spreadsheets or add people one at a time. The suite removes duplicate emails for you and flags any rows that look wrong.

Personal touches

Drop a member's name or email into the subject or body so each message feels personal. The editor warns you if a placeholder is spelled wrong before you send.

Write with AI, with PDF versions

Paste your notes and the AI writer returns clean, bilingual HTML in your union's style, model preamble stripped. Tick one box and it also makes document-style PDF copies, one per language, with permanent login-free links.

Reusable templates

Save any message as a named template and reuse it later. Each one shows who created it and when.

Optional vs. required sends

Optional sends skip members who opted out. Required sends reach everyone, for legal notices and urgent updates.

File a send onto the calendar

After a send, file it as a comms-calendar entry with a generated PDF copy attached, so your record of what went out lives with your plan.

How it works

1

Build the list

Drag in spreadsheets or add people by hand. Duplicates are removed as you go.

2

Write the message

Build it from blocks or use the AI writer for a bilingual draft. Drop in name placeholders for a personal touch.

3

Set the sender and type

Pick the sender address, then choose Optional or Required for this send.

4

Send, review, and file

Send, read the report of who got it and who was skipped, then file the send onto the comms calendar if you like.
