Unionsuite is the system CATCA-Unifor Local 5454, the union of Canada's air traffic controllers, runs every day. About 2,300 members across some 50 branches in 6 regions. The monthly import against the employer's list. The seniority run. And more than 300 grievances handled without a missed deadline. It earned its place in production, not in a pitch deck.
